Emma is highly experienced, having practiced as a barrister in the UK for 18 years. Emma’s practice encompasses matrimonial finance, separation and pre and post nuptial agreements. She also has significant experience in children law, including fact-finding hearings, removal applications, domestic violence and child arrangements.
Emma is recommended by the Legal 500. She is describes as being, “very thorough in her work”. As an advocate she is stated to be “concise and persuasive, often obtaining the outcome sought”. She is a Leading Junior in the Regional South West Bar.
Emma has regularly presented seminars and workshops to other practitioners as well as lecturing at the University of West England teaching the LPC Family Law elective covering all aspects of children and financial family law matters.
Emma is an overseas member of the Family Law Bar Association (England and Wales) and a member of the Cayman Islands Family Law Bar Association. Emma also remains a Door Tenant at KBG Chambers.
