Craig qualified as a Chartered Legal Executive in the UK in 2007. He has over 20 years’ experience of handling and supervising personal injury claims, primarily arising out of road traffic accidents. 

Craig has a passion for client care having achieved 2 National Vocational Qualifications in Customer Service before embarking on his career in law.

Outside of work Craig is an Advanced PADI SCUBA diver and a life-long supporter of his native Liverpool FC.
